• Site assessment reports (Phase I, II, III, RI/FS, etc.); provide available site geological and hydrogeological data
• Environmental and operating permits (e.g. air, water, waste); provide permits and related monitoring data
• Raw materials (type, quantity, storage methods); provide most recent Tier II inventory form
• Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) form; provide most recent copy
• Site generated waste (type, quantity, storage and disposal methods); provide most recent hazardous waste report
• Schedule of storage and process tanks (include age, size, construction material, contents, containment and capacity)
• AST, UST and pipeline integrity testing and/or leak detection results; provide most recent results
• Emergency and contingency plans (SPCC or other plan); provide for review
• Process safety and risk management plans; provide summary
• Personnel training, safety and inspection programs; provide summary
• Regulatory agency contacts and phone numbers; provide most recent site inspection report results
• Asbestos, lead paint, mold, radon assessment, remediation, or operations & maintenance plans; provide for review
